Blair's associate, Diane Smith, has been with Blair for over 21 years. Eight years ago, he decided to open his own company to get away from having to add corporate profit and management fees to each home as well as being limited to ordering only company built homes. He wanted to use their years of experience to choose homes from any manufacturer as well as to be able to offer more reasonable prices free of corporate costs.
